Thermal fuse is divided into polyester hot fuse and nylon thermal fuse. The melting point can be controlled between 85°C and 180°C by adjusting the characteristics of raw materials. At room temperature, the hot fuse and other fibers are woven into a fabric, and then under dry heat or moist heat, pressure is applied to the fabric. When the temperature is higher than the melting point of the hot fuse, the hot fuse gradually melts. At this temperature, the conventional other fibers remain unchanged and are thus bonded together by the thermal fuse. Therefore, the hot fuse can replace chemical adhesives such as glue, avoid the pollution of volatiles and dust, and be environmentally friendly and non-toxic; at the same time, it saves the process flow and reduces the downstream production cost.
Nylon thermal fuses can replace polypropylene and polyamide hot-melt adhesives in some fields, and at the same time have their own application fields. It is widely used in hot air shoe upper manufacturing, yarn manufacturing, clothing manufacturing, clothing seamless lock, soft yarn curtain vertical curtain and other textile fields.
1. Low melting point, the melting point of nylon thermal fuse is as low as 90C.
2. Good abrasion resistance, the abrasion resistance of polyamide fiber is the best among all textile fibers.
3. High breaking strength, the breaking strength of polyamide fiber long fiber for textile use is 5.0~6.4g/d.
4. Good dyeability. The dyeability of polyamide fibers is more difficult than that of natural fibers, but it is still easier to dye than other synthetic fibers. Generally, it is dyed with acid dyes.
Nylon thermal fuse is widely used in outdoor sports shoe uppers, casual shoe uppers, sofa fabrics, curtain screens, carbon fiber fabrics, chenille yarns, Bondi threads, high-end suit linings, lace and glove overlock yarns and other fields , is a high-tech product with huge market prospects.
