From raw materials to spinning: Eliminating "instability" at the very beginning 

The core difficulty of nylon hot melt filaments lies in the narrow range of their melting point and decomposition temperature. If the moisture content of the raw materials is not properly controlled or the melt index fluctuates, "bubble filaments" or "brittle filaments" may occur during the spinning process. 

We employ a two-stage vacuum drum drying system, combined with an online melt flow rate monitoring device, to ensure that the fluctuation range of the melt flow rate for each batch of filament is narrowed. At the same time, through multiple filtration components, impurities and gel particles in the melt are effectively removed - this step directly affects the breakage rate during the weaving process by the customer. The spinning components use precise metering pumps to ensure the uniformity of single filament fineness from the source, providing a stable physical foundation for the subsequent winding and weaving processes. 

II. Quality Verification: Conducting "Real-World Tests" in a Simulated Customer Workshop Environment 

Quality is not something that can be detected; it is produced during the manufacturing process. However, verification must be closely aligned with real usage scenarios.

Before each batch of finished silk leaves the factory, it must undergo two key simulation tests:

Thermal adhesion strength aging test: Simulate the downstream hot pressing process conditions, test the retention rate of peel strength under different temperature and humidity environments, to ensure the durability of the adhesion effect.

High-speed weaving simulation test: Run the sample loom at a speed higher than the conventional speed, observe the winding tension and the occurrence of fuzz, and promptly identify potential quality issues. 

In addition, for each batch of products, complete production traceability records are retained. By the batch number, one can trace back to the raw material batch, spinning position number, and test data. This relatively rigorous control method enables us to maintain the stability of product quality over the long term.
