The hot fuse is divided into polyester hot fuse and nylon thermal fuse. The melting point can be controlled between 85℃ and 180℃ by adjusting the raw material characteristics.
At room temperature, the hot fuse and other fibers are woven into fabric, and then in the dry heat or wet heat state, the pressure is applied to the fabric. When the temperature is higher than the melting point of the hot fuse, the hot fuse gradually melts. At this temperature, conventional fibers remain unchanged and are glued together by the hot fuse.
Nylon thermal fuse is mixed with other fibers to produce nonwovens or knitted or woven into hot adhesion fiber products, with soft feel, high strength, washable, crisp, shaping, easy to manage and so on.

Characteristics of nylon thermal fuse:
