The China Textile Market Conference was held in Keqiao

Against the backdrop of the reshaping of the global trade landscape and the accelerated penetration of digital technology, China's textile and garment circulation sector is entering a new stage driven by both cross-border e-commerce and domestic e-commerce. On November 7th, the 2025 China Textile Market Conference with the theme of "Dual Electricity Integration · Linking the World" was grandly held in Keqiao, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.


Xia Lingmin, Secretary-General of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, Xu Jianhua, President of the Circulation Branch of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, Xu Feng, Director of the Information Office of the China National Textile and Apparel Council and President of Textile and Apparel Weekly Magazine, Xu Songjie, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Keqiao District Committee of Shaoxing City, Party Secretary of Shaoxing Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone and Party Secretary of Ma 'an Sub-district More than 300 representatives from market business districts, industrial clusters, local associations, e-commerce platforms, and enterprises related to the industrial chain attended this conference to jointly explore new paths for digital transformation and global supply chain reconstruction in the textile and garment circulation field under the new situation.


The conference was presided over by Wang Shuiyuan, vice president and secretary-general of the China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association and vice president of the Circulation Branch of the China National Textile and Apparel Council.


Xia Lingmin pointed out in his speech that "dual-electricity integration" has become the core driving force for industry transformation. Its essence is to be data-driven and achieve full-chain connection from activating domestic consumption potential to expanding the international market. He put forward three suggestions: First, to consolidate the digital foundation of "dual-electricity integration" through technological innovation and accelerate the application of AI and big data in the flexible supply chain; Second, with brand building as the core, we should promote the leap of "Made in China" to global brands and break away from low-price competition. Third, based on ecological co-construction, we will remove the bottlenecks in the industrial chain, supply chain and data chain to provide support for enterprises to go global.
